Services may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully. Dr. Gomez accepts the following insurance plans:

Payment

Co-pays and other out of pocket costs are made automatically with a credit/debit card. Please notify Dr. Gomez if you need to update your card information 7 days before your session.

Intake Forms

Intake forms will be emailed to you once you have completed insurance verification.

Cancellation Policy

A 48 hour cancellation notice when possible. Prior notification of at least 24 hour notice to avoid the full session fee for a scheduled unattended session. Please note that insurance does not cover missed sessions.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All aspects of your treatment is confidential. Important exceptions include if there is risk that you might do harm to yourself or someone else. Dr. Gomez is a mandated reported for child abuse.

Rates

Individual Sessions $100

Family Sessions: $130

Sliding scale fee services are available for college students and mothers on maternity leave.
